I usually have daemon bones on my vendor in Minoc. I'm not sure of the coordinates but its located in the grey U-shaped building in front of the stables. I havent been to my vendor in awhile so I'm not certain what is stocked on him. I will give it a look-see a little later and try to have him restocked.

Thanks

Killing daemons, surprisingly, can very often provide a player with a supply of daemon bones...

Celeste, while you may very well be right, I'm sure Daemons aren't up for selling their bones, which was what our friend Gwardosa was enquiring about.

What we have here, is a serious case of "Craniusinassus". I have seen this before, it is a terrible affliction that can cause the person to act in very ignorant ways, and make statements that simply sound like crap. This is due mainly to the sphincter muscle being so strong that it cuts of the oxygen to the brain, and on a lesser part to the path the words take as they exit the mouth via the rectum. It is almost always accompanied by IBS, or irritable bowel syndrome, and also anal retention, or "Fullofshititis". There are no known cures, but several home rememdies, one for instance involves a series of anal probes with a large shoehorn in an attempt to remove the head, while this is intrusive it is also quite painful. Another remedy both more difficult and much more painful, is the age old "tie and pull", where the patient is tied at the abdomen and neck to opposingly directed vehicles and the throttle is opened quickly in an attempt to pull the head from the anus in one swift motion. I can contact a specialist in the area should any of the aforementioned "cures" look promising to you.

I can trade those too...

Ack! Oh me, oh my! Such scornful ignorance! Whatever hath climbed up your bum must be a large furry mammal indeed!

However, I must apologize to Gwardosa... I was merely attempting to point him in a direction in which he might attain some daemon bones for whatever cause it was that he sought them... but, upon reading the ignorant response from a particular individual who seems to have some sort of anal infatuation, I must direct your attention to a previous post of my own, in which it seemed the protocol in matter such as this was to offer any information and/or advice except that which was asked for:
http://www.theworldofdreams.com/phpBB2/ ... highlight=

As you can see, it would be easy to confuse what was accepted behavior here... although my response to Gwardosa's request was truly intended to help him, if it had been taken as other, perhaps it is not MY conscious that needs to be examined...

Oh, and Azzo, please stay AWAY from my ass...

I must be missing something here. Gwardosa asks about buying daemon bones, Celeste gently reminds that they can be had for FREE by killing daemons, and then suddenly she gets piled on for offering up a suggestion?

I have to believe that the responses were more as a reaction to other candid posts from her rather than this one, but for pity's sake, people! I know that she doesn't need me or anyone else to defend her, but please take a deep breath, go back and look at how you over-reacted to her suggestion while asking yourself this question: if Atei or Ehran or Eldric had made the same suggestion, would we have been rebuked thusly? I don't think so, but hey, I could be wrong. Maybe being mean-spirited and calling people "trolls" is the fashionable thing now. No wonder some have just said "screw it" to reading topics here. And I don't want to hear (read) about how she has done this and she has done that. In this thread, she offered up a simple suggestion, a helpful one at that, and some of you just could not wait to jump her about it.

Celeste, I apologize that I have not been more vocal in your defense. Same goes for Simon and yes, even Fitz. Celeste, your candidness and directness offends some, obviously. I am not one of them, and from this point on, I will defend your right to express yourself as you see fit.

To those of you who took this opportunity to get your shots in: why not take a moment to meet and talk to Celeste in-game. Get to know her a bit and you will find out that she is not this horrible "troll" you have made her out to be. Neither is Simon and neither is Fitz. They are PEOPLE, people. And people have feelings that can be hurt.

Yup, you are. The "gentle reminder" you are referring to is sarcastically inclined, rather than gentle.

If she had said, "I don't know where you can buy any but you can kill Daemons to get them." it would have been different. Do you see?

Her latter remarks about cliques and 'accepted behavior' and so on only served to 'prove' her original intent.

Yes, people are going to react to her posts differently from others because of her past history in the forums. If she can successfully modify her basic attitude and that personal growth becomes apparent here then such immediate reactions will inevitably cease.

The post did have a rude tone, but I dont think it was worthy of so much criticism.

I quite agree, it wasn't worth paying attention to. Still, people LOOK for things to respond to in the forums. :)

So now we get to tell people how to post, what to post, when to post and, hmmm, let's see, what attitude to use? How would you react if people started telling you that you had to change your attitude and post all nice-nice?

I'll bet that Celeste posts the way she thinks. She's a breath of fresh air and she gets lambasted for offering up a suggestion. Not exactly the WoD way, is it? Because if it is, I play the wrong game and I read the wrong Boards.
