RuneBook suggestions

Postby Aardwolf on Sun Feb 08, 2004 9:02 pm

I think it would be a great help to have the following avialable to us.

1) Be able to rename our runebooks ( I am constantly forgetting which book is which)

2) be able to sort the runes in the rune book into any order. or even being able to drop a rune out of a rune book would allow us to be able to sort them by adding them back in a certain order.

Thanks

Concur with both suggestions, however could we possibly just rethink the Runebook interface all together? Maybe a more simplified and faster loading gump? a single screen perhaps with 2 columns of small gem stones with the Label beside them?

2 Locations per page seems so terribly inefficient.. especially considering the amount of time required to flip through the book. If not a single screen then perhaps the same book style but more like the Necro book, with several single line entries per page?

I like that idea Rod, maybe using portions of the new Vendor Sort gump that has those controls for moving items up or down in the gump? And, of course, a way to delete or, preferably, remove runes would be nice too. :)
