Yes, it's a big event, that's why it's in the Quest Forum. ;)

The Library of Britannia is now open!

Feel free to come and visit, donate books or quest items, sign the guestbook and share in the joy. There are books on a lot of topics and there are plenty of interesting quest items to look at.

For those of you without UOAM, it's in East Brit, just along the most bottom bridge, near the south exit to the park. For those of you with UOAM the co-ords (using the sextant) are:

1571, 1720

( 35, Oo17E, 8o8sS ) - don't ask me what that is, but it came up on the sextant. So .. yeah. :P

The Library is fantastic, but it needs to not be forgotten. Come and visit while it is young and vibrant!

My long deceased (and re-deceased, and re..well you get the picture) borhter Xander's spirit caused the lima beans in my soup to spell this message, so I thought I would pass it along to the infamous Marius....

(Why he felt it necesary to spell all those sibilant S's out, I have no idea...perhaps the eternal torture of the 7th layer doesn't really agree with him)

I was reading the Warrior and the Acolyte in the Narratives section and it seems to be cut off at the end. Was that intentional?

No, there's some sort of bug with books in that they stuff up after 7 pages. I actually think the entire library is ruined because of it. I'll have to go back and check to see if all the books have lost their data.

Which sucks.

Have you tried taking the books out of the library and check them then? I doubt if it will have any bearing on it, but you never know.....

Most of the books are alright, but there might be a few whose stories/information cut off after a few pages. I'll try and sit down and go through all 200 of them at one point, but I've just started a new job so it won't be for awhile.

Quality control exists! The library will be fixed! As soon as I can get some time free. Possibly this coming Sunday.
