Is this a bug? If daggers can be poisoned, shouldn't smith's hammer be as well?
I have an assassin/necro who wants to use a smith's hammer because it's a macing weapon and fast.
Please tell me that they can be poisoned and this is just an oopsie, pretty please.

Actually, how usual it is for blunt weapon to penetrate skin of victim and git the poison in *it's* veins?
You know it's like a 3 inch long hammer which hardly damages nails

Atei,
I asked here a while back. And Drocket I believe said he was looking in to it. But at the moment, Smithy hammers are not poisonable.
*has an indy smith hammer of destruction and macefighting he is "dying" to use*
hehe

Nuh uh, we are gonna squish the poison in repeatedly. One massive tap at a time.

Drocket,
The reason I asked is that Smith's Hammers are faster than other one-handed macing weapons. Daggers have the same speed, but they are fencing weapons. Also, you can cast while holding a Smith's Hammer (or Dagger) but you can't while holding a mace or maul. I have a necro who is going to also poison the mobs, so this seemed like the perfect weapon.
If it can't be done, okay, but I thought that since Daggers can be poisoned, Smith's Hammers would be in the same class. Hence, the reason I thought it was just a bug. If it can't be done, he will use a mace or maul.

Okie-dokie, they should be poisonable now. Still dunno how you're going to tap the monsters to death with an itty-bitty hammer, though

Hehe everyone knows it's not the size of the hammer but how you swing it.
