I applied about 2 weeks ago and still havent heard anything. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I was accepted or not.

It looks like you made a typo in your application email address. I'm afraid you were rejected, though. Please feel free to reapply, though. Might want to double-check the application this time, though :P

.. if someone's rejected (for whatever reason) and they re-apply, they can get in?

The reason they might be rejected is the name they chose might offend the copyright Police.

There are a few people online right now that could wake up one day and find their character has a new name. (I have a list of these names, and will be taking bets on how long they last) :P

A lot of people don't seem to think we're serious about the whole 'Yes, you have to write more than 'please give me an account' to get in' thing, so a huge number of the (first) applications are, shall we say, brief. Most of those people never bother to apply again, but some of them try again, and often do a lot better on the second try. I'd guess that probably 50% of the people who get accepted do so on their second (or third...) application.

And anyway, persistance is a virtue.

Yep, I sent in my first app before I had read through everything and knew they meant to write a lot so it was way too short.
