Is it possible to resell a boat to an npc?

I just tried out deep sea fishing with a net and didnt like it much. Well ya must have heard my death cries

If its not possible anyone interested in a small boat for a good price?

Try doing a "sell all" and targetting the boat, it may work for boats, I know it works with house deeds.
