Lord Blackthorne's Castle

I was just wondering if the Castle is "usable" in WoD? In the almost 4 years I've been here, I don't know that I've ever been inside. I have also heard that magic doesn't work there--is that true?
And last question, is it for sale?

I've been given to understand in the olden days there were some pretty ugly quests that took place in there, what with the no spellcasting and all.

there was one quest i remember which entailed hacking our way up the causeway and into the castle. it was absolutely brutal with dead bodies ours and theirs littering the path till you couldn't see the ground. the anti magic properties killed a bunch of people as you would dash in get chewed up then zip out to heal up. miss the timing on that and SPLAT.

Sounds so very totally masochistic , I would have loved to have been there.
