I left a pm for Trakas about a time to play, but haven't gotten a reply yet.

So the Trakas-Seon match hasn't been played yet. Hmmmm. Has ANYONE seen Trakas lately?

Also, I have received 5k from the following individuals: Thomas Duklain, Kramer Vorlock, Kale Greeneye, Aran Dragonblood, Yusen Kayl, Seon MacRae and Ehran. I still need Trakas' entry fee, as well.

If someone can please try to contact Trakas, I want to keep the tournament moving forward. If we don't hear from him by this weekend (Saturday, April 3rd, 2004, noon EST), he will have to forfeit his game to Seon so the tournament can move forward.

I've been contacted by Trakas, and due to "technical difficulties," he won't be able to play any time soon. Therefore, Seon is declared the winner of their match by forfeit.

First round winners (seed number follows the name): Ehran (1), Kale (2), Seon (5) and Aran (6). Congratulations to all of the winners so far. From what I've read on the boards and in speaking with the players, all of the matches were hard-fought and closely contested.

Here are the 2nd round pairings: Aran (6) vs. Ehran (1) and Seon (5) vs. Kale (2).

Please try to complete these second-round matches within a week.

Once we have the final pairing set, we'll set up a place (probably The Haunt, but I need to clear that with Ciara before making it official) and time for the First WoD Chess Championship Match.

Ok, Kale and I just finished playing - the game ended in a stalemate, which according to chess rules is a draw. We figured we'd leave it up to you to decide how to proceed, Atei.

I havent been on lately but Seon and I will play, had forgotten all about it. Seon when is good for you? Best for me would be sometime saturday or sunday this weekend hopefully.
