How should cooking work?

I'm doing some renovations to the cooking script (I needed to fix a few existing bugs and wanted to add a few new items, and while I was working on it, I figured I should fix a few other things and... Well, you know how it is.) A question that's come up a number of items in the past if whether cooking should only count items in your main backpack, or if everything in your backpack should be counted/used. Both options have advantages: If only items from the top level of your backpack are used, you can easily manage how many items you want to make by only moving enough ingredients for that number of batches. On the other hand, by allowing items to be used from sub-packs, you can more easily keep your backpack neat.
Anyway, I figured I'd leave it up to you, the players. Majority rules and all that. I'll probably end this poll tomorrow or Tuesday.

I love that this has come up, I use cooking as my main skill and sometimes it buggs me that it wont use everythign from all my packs. Thank You Drocket.
