Postby Akaad Froststeal on Fri Jul 23, 2004 3:59 am

Hi, I was just accepted finally! :D , but now i cant get wod to work, the client is crashing everytime i try to log on. I noticed other people had these problems, but everything is done correctly and it still happens. I really want this figured out because I REALLY want to play. hehe.

If he has it left, it won't work at all. That was a good point, Wolfie. So, wassup? Still knocking the boyz dead in that skimpy armored outfit?

Same problem here, and I have all the files right, I tried naming the wodli, to wodli.cfg and back the first way, still client error. wodclient.exe has generated errors and will be closed you must restart the program. Anyone have any ideas?

I got Azzo fixed an hour or so ago, for some reason his Win2k decided to append ".txt" to his wodli.cfg file and it ended up being wodli.cfg.txt.

Maybe it was a selfmade, i had to do a wodli.cfg of my own...if anyone else has to do this: make a textfile of any name in your uo folder and stick in the loginserver..... I seem to remember the whole thing. Then, click "start"->"run..."type in cmd(other way is: start->programs->accessories->command prompt)then just do some swapping around: cd ultima online 2d(or so).
When in the folder where the textfile is, type (name of your textfile, sample:) ren 1.txt wodli.cfg. Shut the command prompt and you should have a working file.

Why am i writing this anyway?
