New Note Found!!!

Nicad found a note in The Valley North of Minoc of a Orc King. The note reads,"We will use the valley to transfer from the underworld to this the land once I put the Snow Crystal to its full use.Locate a spot where we can construct the platform,The Ancient Snowmaster."
