Thanks Rod for taking the time to keep all of us updated on Ciara's progress.
I am SOOOO happy to see she is finally doing better. My thoughts have been with you all much of each day. Please tell her we can't wait to celebrate her homecoming. She can sit and blush the whole day long cause there is no way she won't be the center of attention here at home. WoD just hasn't felt the same without her. Cooking and brewing up a storm in preparations for the homecoming party.
Give Her a hug for me please Rod.
And here's hoping the hospital staff is treating her like the Angel she is.

Update:

More great news. Her health is steadily improving. blood pressure and heart rate are nearing normal. Only a small amount of fluid left in her right lung.
She was also recently allowed to have a little CD player. As I understand it she's in there right now tapping her precious little fingers and wigglin her lil feet in time with the music.

For anyone not counting today is day 22 of her heroic struggle and she's letting this thing have what for!

As always thanks for your thoughts and prayers.

I'd thought of that already. Unfortunately the only thing that would work is a laptop with a cellular modem and even that would be virtually impossible to get connected that far inside a large building filled with static causing machines.

More than that she requires rest and relaxation more than anything else right now and we all know just how much she'd rest if she had access to WoD.

Lastly, I really don't want her to see those awful colors drocket added to the game recently. EWWWWWW!!!
Please fix them soon :)

Great news! Thanks for the update Rod, and it's good to hear that her feet are tapping. You're spirits are obviously raised, and that is good to see as well. :D

Please give Ciara a GREAT BIG HUG from all of the Ateis (give yourself one too :D )and, like everyone else, we can't wait to see her back in The Bank.

I've been out of the WoD picture for a while, but I'm recently returning. I was shocked and really worried when I saw this post. C, Rod, you guys have been in my thoughts.

So happy to hear she's on the uphill and getting better!

C's been like my big sister since I started here. I'll never forget meeting her in the haunt, where she gave me fire potions for my new plain firebow Sethlenera gave me(ahh those were the days). And I'm sure I'm not the only one that remembers being a newbie and wondering, "who is Chanelle? Oh well.. I'm glad she made this armor."

I can't wait to see you back C. The World of Dreams has been renamed to "Not Quite the World of Dreams but almost because Ciara isn't here" It's lengthy, I know, but true :)

Great news, Rod. I am trying to figure out the right way to celebrate her return when she is eventually able to return to WOD.

HEHEHEHE, that type of question is why the idea is even more appealing! Gabe, "wuggles" were similar to "tribbles", small furry things, they feared "Wuggle-Whompers" large troll-like things. The wuggles came to brit and the wuggle-wqhompers came after them to whomp em. It was a very goofy fun quest type spawn. Ciara seemed to enjoy it a lot, and a standing for of greeting from me to her (and a few select others) is a "wuggling" kind of a wiggle huggle thing. I hope that helps explain it some.

I propose then, that wuggle become an official WOD term (I think there's a WOD glossary under the FAQ now).

Wuggle (verb, transitive & intransitive): to greet affectionately or to wiggle and hug one's self in an amusing manner. Wuggle is an homage to Lady Ciara whose spirited battles in reality and virtuality have inspired the people of WODs.

I'll second that proposal.

Much to my delight and her embarassment *grins deviously* :)
