Ok i guess all i need is to know how to poison a wepon.

and if some one can poison a wepon for me please post here

Open the skillbook and click the blue dot by poison, and follow the prompts. It'll ask for the poison potion and then the weapon.

Yes, skill required. 100 for deadly, try reading manual, it should contain all needed information.

Yes skill is required. You can fail.
