I do very much hope I don't offend anyone while I'm here as I do hope to stay.

I do have a great need to know all the Nobles here. I as well have a great need to know the "true programing King or Queen" here as well as the ingame one/s.

I'm a very old member of The Ultima Ring of Dragons, which means I like to cast spells that have no regents.

Ciara has couth and class without doubt. what she lacks is a patent of nobility which is i believe what hawkwind was alluding to.

Hmm theres also Scott Myr aka King Snugglebutt, Lord Of The Tickle, hes a very well known noble of WoD though he doesnt rule over exactly what you were asking, he seems to rule his kingdom Snugglvania in an almost tyrannical way. If Hawk your a man your safe, if not...you have been warned! (this is for the preserved Azalin heads you keep showing off Scott )

Second why would I want your head you rank just under a talking mongbat.
