Ah, figured as much. I checked the changes, and am guessing that the skill gain would have something to do with the AG. Maybe just adventuring, which wouldn't make any sense.

Is this changes in the WoD scripts liek changes in skills or just changes in the ethics of the shard ? Like less characters per, or a wipe...

No, the change is well, if you read a little more carefully, it's in skill bonuses or advancement.
