Desktop not saving or resetting at logout?

A currious question, when I log in now I have to re-open all my packs each time. My desktop isn't openig up like it used to. Is this a known issue or is it just me?

If you log out with them closed, like if you were dead, then that is the desktop that gets saved. (I know because I have had to do self-rescues more than once. 
) The way to fix that is to get it all set up nice and pretty, the way you like it, and then log out. When you log back in, it should be fixed.
Other than the dying thing, I haven't experienced that problem just yet.

Unfortunately it happens each time, and I haven't logged out dead yet, in fact yesterday I tesdted it 5 times in a row and each time it logged i with them closed after setting them upo each time
