Hear ye, hear ye!

WHO: All Citizens of the World of Dreams
WHAT: Halloween Costume Party
WHEN: 8pm EST Saturday, November 1st, 2003
WHERE: The Haunt, East Brit
WHY: To have fun, of course!

To all the citizenry of Britannia, hail and well met. This is to inform you of a gathering of your fellows on Saturday, November 1st, 2003 at 8pm EST in The Haunt to celebrate Halloween! There will be food, drink, frivolity and PRIZES!

The Second Annual World of Dreams Costume Contest will take place this fun-filled evening. (The time has come to start planning and preparing, so you can win!)

The categories include:

    Most Original
    Funniest
    Scariest

I still have the donations from the WoD Olympics and the WoD Scavenger Hunt (both events didn't happen) and those will be included in the Prize Packages. If anyone would like to contribute to this stash, please let me know here via private message.

Please plan on attending!

Judges for this "Hallowed" Event will be Ciara, Edison and yours truly, so we won't be participating in the actual costume contests.

I have also spoken with Skeeter Byrch and Ciara about helping out with the food and drink. My thought was to just have desserts (mostly pumpkin pies!) and apple cider, but Mae Byrch (Skeeter's evil twin sister) talked me into making up a batch of Vampire's Breath (vodka) as well.

This should be a lot of fun, folks. I hope everyone can attend!

Depends on what you want to do, I guess. There are all kinds of odd items in the World that people will pull out. In addition, some of them change their names for the event (using the spell incognito, not GM intervention) or if you have an open player slot, you could make a character just for this event.

Well I am not sure if I am going to dress up, but I have cooked up some Trick or Treaty goodie bags that I will be handing out.

This Gala Event is but 2 days away now!

The Haunt looks spectacular, there is a substantial cache of booze and food prepared, and hopefully everyone will attend.

We may even be having a "Who's Line is it Anyway" style contest for more prizes.

See you Saturday!

East Kootenay Championships

Wow - my grandparents live just south of the border in Idaho, and my parents are moving up to that area in the near future. Seeing Kootenay in your message caught me by surprise.

I'll try to catch you in game, I have no clue what I am going to do and it is getting late. I was going to go as Superman but my tailor is complaining that he doesn't know how to embroider "S"s on shirts. *sigh*

We'll be out in the neighborhood most of the evening gathering munitions for next year's battle with the denist. How late will the party continue?
