I'm looking for a good place to hunt, right now with my stats, I can fight about 8 lizardmen/ratmen at a time without taking any damage (like the area north of Britain) but everywhere else I go, all I seem to find is a lot of magic casters, and I'm not ready for them yet, can somebody give me some ideas on good hunting grounds to go to with a lot of weak/medium strength monsters with no magic casters? I can kill Trolls, and Ettins also, but they seem to take me a long time to kill, the ideal location I would be looking for is Cove dungeon (but without the Lizardmen Mages).

Any ideas?

Skara Brae farmlands is a good place for new players to hunt. It has ratmen, lizardmen, orcs, zombies, and skeletons. You can get there pretty easily by taking the moongate into Skara Brae.

Snow orc fort would be a good place too. Just stay out of ice if you don't like those casters.
Watch out for the bombs tho

You could also try first levels of dungeon Covetous or Despise. Contact me ingame and I come to escort / bodyguard you.
