Concerning application

First off, I am rarely narrowminded, I just look at things with more focus on the point of the situation and disregard meaningless outside influences. Second, Any and all non-refered applicants that I have ever seen on these and the old forums was met with the same or worse, pointed response, READ THE RULES!. If you note in the first forum section, my cousin Keelarr pestered Drocket so much about the rules there is a sticky section with our favorite simpson writing on the chalkboard. Now if each applicant follows the directions laid out for them as per the agreement required to join, they will find a very plain, black and white "No free-mail" clause. Now, if however they do not read the directions they would then possibly apply and find out the hard way. Hell, I was pretty nice this time around compared to some of the earlier posts about getting an ISP driven email to apply with. So to say I am narrowminded about it is rather obtuse wouldn't you say? Considering I didn't flambaste anyone this time.

Admin, that's ridiculous, and, I have confused no issue that I brought up.

Azzo. It's just a comment. I think it's a bit negative to look at it in only a poor light, and not to see other possibilities. Like I said. Maybe they did read the rules, but maybe they really wanted to play. So maybe they took a shot at applying despite what the rules said, in hopes of playing. There is that posibility, and I think that
posibility is as great as that they did not read the rules.

unless i'm mistaken hotmail and yahoo both offer email services for a fee.

Isn't the 1st address he applied with an isp addy? and if so he said it was jammed, atleast he made the effort. or didn't anyone catch that.

I think the thing that bugs me the most is how ya'll jumped over John when he was trying to be nice.

Hotmail and Yahoo are free, they offer a premium service for a fee you can tell the difference because the premium members address is @payingforhotmail.com no wait they haven’t implemented that yet (I guess you can’t tell just by looking at the address)

Ah ha, this is why I haven't got any answer :D
I did read your manual mostly, but since I've been trying out multiple shards in past weeks, I didn't remember which shard had that e-mail rule and couldn't find it in the manual anymore
I'm don't think I have an ISP e-mail account that's paid for, because "Jippii", my provider provides free e-mail account. I guess that's no good...
And since I don't have a referral, I guess I won't be playing here then - unless get a paid e-mail account only because of this

you pay the isp for providing service. they in turn provide you with an email account. this counts as a "paid" email account whether or not you get a separate bill for it. Unless they give out free email accounts to anyone that asks and do not distinguish between the two types of account in some way.

What the admins no doubt are seeking to do is establish a way of finding out who you are should you misbehave in such a manner as to require a visit from one of WoD's stable of enforcers (positions open currently btw).

In the immoral words of the great Fotheringham "I hope this muddifies the fuzzifications". :P
