Where do you want to live? Are you hoping for a place in Britain or some other town?

Maybe the GM's could rent out the upper story of the magery shop there next to the bank. One room for 300k, seems like a fair price (location, location, etc). Other than GM intervention, I don't know any way to get in to a propery in Britain proper. The residents of the City of Bards seem rather dug in - in a good way.

Really I've been wandering around the different towns.. is there ANY static at all available in any city? I haven't even *heard* of most of the owners (mostly in towns other than Britain). Do they just do vendors and log in (just about) only to check them?
And what a mess with the vendors. Shouldn't there be a max number of vendors per account?
Liselle, dear, no kidding, you can put a vendor at my place and even have your own room if you like. I am just north of FH, it's a little out of the way, but at least you can BREATHE. heh. If you think it is too out of the way, just advertise :O)

I've been looking about in towns, few towns I noticed that have statics for sale include: small 40k houses in Minoc, a 100k house in Yew, its right near Benson's too!, I think Kramer had a house for sale in Trinsic, not to mention a few guard posts in Trinsic that would make nice houses (still waiting on the GM's to get back to me about the one!), and I know there was a Jewlery Shop for 250k and a few small 40k houses for sale in Nujel'M. Hope this helps you out some!

PS didnt know you were Taiba Skyfire, that was a complete suprise hehe...

It doesn't have to be a static building...

You might be able to stick a small house within the city limits. I believe that is allowed as long as it doesn't cover the roads or block anything.
There is one or two within the Brit city limits.

I have a vendor shop in Minoc that you can place your merchant in if you like. I know you prefer Britain. I do get good business there though. If you are interested, let me know and I will friend you. That shop is located in front of the stables in Minoc.

Tamla, I think the max is 5, isnt it? I tried to place a 6th vendor and it would not allow me to. It says something like "You already have the maximum amount of vendors on your account" or something like that.
