I like the idea of this skill, I wish it had more to deal with it, I would definatly make a wreslter of sorts. Though it would be more like a Boxer than a wreslter but here goes. Since its more or less your character punching when your unarmed it would nice to make a few items that affect it directly. Say to take the Gloves slot you also make Gauntlets which would be for punching damage, magical then could add damage and skill buffs etc. Or you could use the ring slot, and use knuckles which would basically be the same idea. I havent had much time to think on this, but I figured I would post what I do have in hopes that maybe it will help inspire the development of the Wrestling skill.
