Well, what was/did happen?

Postby Adroi Andune on Wed Jun 02, 2004 12:28 am

Last night, I had barely logged on when Shadowstone asked me to help with a quest. I arrived, and through lack of paying attention, got a courtesy nap. Any I got back up and followed a very large contigent of players for about 30 minutes. Then my wife decided I neede to move furniture now! So I had to leave. By the time I returned Shadowstone told me they were loot splitting, since I was so limited in involvement I went and had a grand time at the Moonglow graveyard.

Any could someone please tell me what I died for? In terms of the quest. Thanks.

I wasnt there for the intro but I was on the quest. A group gathered at Vesper bank (where I ran into them after rescuing Ed from vampires) and said there was a quest to get a special reagent. They had been told the gate was in vesper gy and we went through a little underground passage. That led to a long series of tunnels, teleporters, switches, and undead fighting. Several hours later the fighting got tough and nearly all of us died in the final room. (including me, wow) Most of the mobs were undead (of all types) then there were lizard kings and evil versions of ourselves in the final room.
The loot split was.. well not the best one I've been through. There were some interesting magics - odd number skillbuffs and some items said "magic" even after IDing. There were two special items- a sword and a staff. The sword, Deadzone Blade, was a red indy scimitar of swords and destruction. I dont remember the staff (tanks dont pay attention to those sticks).
