For whatever reason, we didn't do as well last month in the Top 200 voting, so no party.

We are currently tied for 35th with 8 votes.

Let's make it back to the Top 10 this month and the Party is on me!

yeah you guys come on! this is the best shard why shouldnt it be number 1?? we just need the votes there are so so many people active on this shard and these forums so get to voting and if we make it too the top 10 ill help with the party atei and ill bring the booze! :twisted:

1 Obsidian: 764 votes IT's been only 1 fricken day and already they have that!?!?!?!?!? There is no way in this world to become a number one shard when you have someone who has like a whole network of computers voting or has a program alowing them to vote tons of times a day.

The #1 shard has a 1000 already...meanwhile the #2 shard last month is way down at #27 suddenly this month(abyss). Since they are always near the top every month I think they forgot to give their secret donation this month.

Currently 18th with 176 votes, while Ackadia is 16th with 243 votes.

May Challenge: If we finish ahead of Ackadia, I will host a party on my roof, with free booze and food (and maybe a surprise or 2). Given that our player base is a lot larger than theirs, this shouldn't be a problem.

If your friends in game aren't voting, please encourage them to do so. Not everyone in game checks the boards, so using good old "word of mouth" advertising (or in this case "word of typing") to spread the word will do wonders.

First, you aren't old.

Second, it's important to attract new blood to the Shard. As much as some of us "oldbies" might not like to admit it, it's the younger player who brings a fresh perspective (a sense of wonder, a level of excitement) to the Shard.

Third, it's a matter of pride. We KNOW we have the BEST shard of any of these--by doing well in the voting of ALL shards, we show everyone else we're just that good.

Fourth, it's one of the best things you can do with your mouse.
