Freezing the whole map

Is there a program that will allow me to freeze the whole world? (IE make all the items in the world static.)
We have recently added a lot of decorations in almost every dungeon as well as some in towns and now want them static.
Are we stuck using WorldForge and its repetitive time consuming way to do it, or is there a different way to make em static?

You can make a lot of things static, but nothing you would want to manipulate - eg a door, container, pickable crops etc.

There are utilites that will scan a rectangle (or the whole world) and write out a .txt file of all the items it finds that it thinks could be made static. I don't know what World Forge is up to these days and whether or not it can read pol files, but in any case there are utilities that convert the data to the format World Forge can read.
It doesn't take long for world forge to read the file and write out a new set of statics files.
The last time I did this, I used utilities by Shinigami to massage all the data into a form that World Forge could use. It was generally successful, but it wasn't something I really enjoyed doing at the time!

Thanks

Ok. I will check out WF again and see what I can do with it.
