Phillip of Moonglow

I'm late to a party, so I goota go and I can't go fight it now, so some other people can.
I was about to make a great magical discovery! To discover what makes stronger magic by looking deep into inside it. I took the halberd of the Destruction my father left me and headed for the great telescope to get a closer view of its magical steel.
Then what did I happen to run into? A real live dragon! It was gigantic, taller than a house, and reeked of sulfer. I was so scared I froze in my tracks and could't move an inch. Then it saw me and I wet my robes. I quickly put on my spare robes, an automatic reaction for me now, and the dragon stopped! It was my magic robe of sneaking that saved me! I tried to regather my nerves and the dragon wandered away after a long time. Finally I got the courage to break out a recall scroll and get away.
Then the next day I remembered about my magical insight. I went to get my halberd of destruction and it was gone. I had dropped it when I saw the dragon. Well, I'm not going back there, or even out of my house. If anyone can kill the dragon and make Moonglow safe again they can keep the halberd. I'm just going to hide under the bed.
That beast was at the very north end of Moonglow.
