well, the first message i got was about not finding a directory for uo on my desktop or something. I inloaded and reloaded uo AOS 2d twice, downloaded and reloaded the files from your site and now I cant log in at all. I get to put in my username and password but then I get the message that there was an error and do I want to send a report blah blah blah.....any suggestions?

I'd recommend trying to delete the specified file. You probably won't be able to, but you may if you restart your computer and immediately try to delete it then. If you still can't delete it and you're using Windows XP Home, then things get a bit messy... (it may be a Windows bug that shows up occasionally.) We'll deal with that if/when we have to, though :)
