Abercrombie, the Royal Gamesmaster, will be hosting the second Buc's Den Challenge on Friday, August 15th at 10pm EST. All who wish to join are welcome to attend. In order to participate, please meet Abercrombie at the Britain docks at the appointed time, but please read the following event rules:

-This is a team event

-All teams must have at least two members, but no more than 5 members

-All participants must leave all belongings at home, in the bank, etc. (bring only a robe of your team color, and by goodness wear it!)

-All approved equipment for this event will be provided by Abercrombie upon approved entry to the event

-Anyone unable to put together a team will be assigned to an existing team (anyone who wants to play will not have to miss out on the fun)

-The contest will be explained in more detail after all teams have been registered on the docks

-Abercrombie will be arriving at 9:30pm EST to answer any additional questions or help in any way he can to ensure the event kicks off as close to 10pm EST as possible; please arrive early!

-The event will last a maximum, but expected, 2 hours; plan accordingly

-Buc's Den will be closed to hunters and spectators during this event; all non-participants please cooperate with this rule in the spirit of the event

-Limited but potential exposure to Death Taxes should be expected; it's part of any quest afterall but Abercrombie is usually willing to help take the edge off

Aye, an upstart team sounds like a good plan, Corh. We are already pretty good at hunting together, and that should help.

My "cousin" Pau participated in the first event and when we see each other in game, I'll pass along some pointers he passed along to me.

Oh man I sure hope the router my dad ordered gets here soon so I can come join in the fun... If I miss it this calls for a 3rd very soon . If I am able to get on id be very happy to join the upstarts team

-Spellbooks will be provided, don't bring your own

I have not decided on druid/necro provisions. Please post if you are really, really dying to play one and I'll consider how to handle that.

my Upstart is a necro/mage.. so it's kind of important that he use his necro spells.. I've grown attached to them.

Bah! Unfortunately, I will not be able to participate. I am attending a wedding this weekend and will be out of town.

If there are more then 5 upstarts we will either have to split into two teams or have a couple of us go with main chars Oya, things are looking up, the router we need should be in today or tomorrow hopefully before this happens so I might be there!
