Greetings and thanks so much to the Wod development team for a great script package. You have no idea how much you are appreciated.

*smiles*

Personally I think POL devs should think about adopting your scripts as a alternate Distro set.

Anyway, to the topic at hand...

I was wondering what graphics you use for the paintingdeed, view_painting and ghost cutout scripts. Seems the ones in paintingdeed menu are unused. And the view_painting script doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions on what I need to do to make those scripts work? Same sort of problem for the ghost cutout script too it seems.

Thanks in advance for your help.

You'll need to use the special WoD graphics that Drocket created. You can get a copy from http://www.theworldofdreams.com/files/index.html

Just one of the reasons that there would be some problems using the WoD scripts as an alternative distro :P

Actually, it would be interesting to know about how many shards are using the WoD scripts as their base. It seems like at least once per month or so, I find out about another shard I've never heard of that's been running on them for 6 months or longer. For some reason, the WoD scripts seem to be rather popular in Russia...

Just an interesting note: Since the last time I updated them, the WoD scripts have been downloaded 189 times. Oh, and I'll probably be putting up a new version within the next week or so...

Drocket. If you don't know by now, my shard is using the WoD scripts as a base. I usually update my shard within a day of your scripts being released.
No need for you to be modest about these scripts. I dropped the distro as soon as I realised just how good your scripts were.
I have been using and modifying the WoD scripts since your first 094 beta release and I feel I know them very well indeed.

It is my hope that you keep going for years yet and continue to be generous with your time and efforts. After all, we give you almost nothing in return.

Highest regards,
Stephen Donald.

Okies. Well, I tried to use those files and the WoD client and it crashes on my system. I get the error reporting window of good ole XP.

Can you tell me if those graphics files will work for a normal client and if so, what are they replacing as far as the regular files so I can rename them to the names that the regiular client looks for.

Oh yes, Drocket we are running on an older version of the WoD files. Heavily modified though. So it makes it tough to upgrade to your latest version. So I just steal the neat new things you add and incorporate them into our files.
*grins*
Even when I was running modified Distro scripts I still used your piano, fishtank and Christmastree items along with your alchemy and alot of other neat stuff you guys have.

Anyway, keep up the good work sir.

If you're using the wodclient.exe file too, you'll need to rename the login.cfg to wodli.cfg. You can find information about the client mods by searching the forum .

Well, renamed login.cfg to wodli.cfg and it still hangs but now atleast I don't get the error report window.

Well, figured out my problem. I needed to "rice" the WoD client.

Everything seems to work now. Thanks
