I also found a note last night about the same time that bronwyn did on a Ophidian scout. The note is as follows.

Go forth and scout the lands. We need to find a new home so that our forces can grow.

The Queen

The Scout was North of brit by my house just south of the despise pass. Also who should I give the note to.
Do we not have some sort of archive for these?

The fellowship hall has a largish collection of these things, I believe Joram (hope I got the right one), is the one putting in new exhibits.

If you've never gone there you may wish to check it out. It's the tower with the path leading to it over by the teleporter from Britain to the suburbs.
