But I would like to see a one potion or one scroll use to completely buff yourself. I'm not sure if it can be done, but hey its worth a try.
And if it can be done, maybe make the player using it need to have a good skillcheck or make the potion/scroll difficult to make thus causing it to be a rare/expensive item.
Or possibly make it some sort of quest reward like the Bensons or the shadowpack hides.

Two possible outcomes would result from having such a buff. It would either be too expensive to be worth the hassle, or it would be easy enough to make all other buffs pointless (and there are lot of them).
Sounds good in theory but the effects would most certainly be unsatisfactory (especially in terms of game-balance).
