What's wrong with Wrong?

Well, since Wrong seems to be winning in the 'least favorite dungeon' poll by a rather large margin, I just thought I'd do a seperate poll to see why so many people dislike it.

Is there a way to be able to pick more than one choice in the list?

No. I need some better polling software or something...

poison isn't a factor at all, plenty of poison protection stuff and for a druid it is easy with the cloak thing. I hardly go there because the loot is hardly worth it. Very small layout, and super easy mobs. Put the Orphidians in there rather than cove...me likum bashin urks too.

Ever tried beating the ophids back to their hole?

I know that I have been part of a group that has cleared the woods and the Fort, but they just respawned.

Or is that a hint of some kind?

Hmmmm...

There's only one kind of spider (and ophidian) that poisons (the avengers). The rest just bite real hard (or don't).

a big part of why i rarely set foot in there is the sound effect the buggers make when they fight and die.
horrid awful noise ick.

Way too easy, small spawn, crappy loot, to small of an area, and the sound they make makes me wanna crawl right out of my skin.

Seb, it isn't so much the beating them back into their hole, but keeping in it once ye get em there.

Just my two cents- I like to hunt in wrong. I have actually pulled out some nice magics from there, but if i had my choice id love to see another dungeon of vampires. Famine is very very laggy and more of a group hunting place. A dungeon of vampires a player could solo would be great!

Well, I went and checked out Wrong today since it had been a long time and I couldn't remember everything about it.

I have to second (or treble) the objection to the sounds the Terathans make. It is like fingernails on a blackboard.

The dungeon is not terribly challenging. I was able to solo the second level with Augur and went on to solo most of Fire as well.

Visually, it is a mess. The OSI design team must have put an overzealous rookie on the team the day they portioned out that dungeon. It is packed with blood, trash, and ruined furniture. Mostly it doesn't get in the way (no real LoS issues) since the monsters come to you, but it is distracting and unappealing. Dungeons should be scary or spooky, not messy.

The loot was minimal, but I did get a couple decent magics (one of them in Fire). The Terathans, in general, are not worth the trip. Most of my loot came from picking chests (those I could with 60 picking).

Finally, the place is too small. It needs another level with tougher mobs and better loot.

Other than that, I had a fun time there. :P

The loot sucks.
