i can't seem to get the rules page to open, does anyone have them on hand so they can just post it here? if so thanks in advance

sorry, your right, it does work but only from the homepage, i tried opening it from the application page where it says read the rules

Thanks for letting me know. I moved the rules page a while back, and I guess I didn't update all the links. It should be fixed now.
