Hey, I was at work, and I was bored. And yes. It is a game. It is not real life. Get a grip.

Has absolutely nothing to do with my ego. If you knew me, you'd know I don't need any help from others for anything to do with my ego.

I've been around, just keeping it low key. I've had a lot of contact with Zan in game and he is a good player.

If you were thinking that someone would reply to defend a friend, isn't that flamebaiting?

For you Simon. Yes. It sure is.

Flamebait
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Flamebait (aka TrollBait) is a message posted to an Internet discussion group, such as a newsgroup or a mailing list, with the intent of provoking an angry response (a "flame"). Various motives or explanations can be sought for this puzzling behavior; from a common sense point of view, the practice seems usually to be a cry for attention.

It should be pointed out that, of course, it is often hard to determine who is really responsible for the degradation of a reasonable discussion into a flamewar. Someone who posts a contrary opinion in a strongly focused discussion forum may be easily labeled a "baiter", "flamer" or "troll". Therefore, it seems especially important to make the rules and focus of a discussion forum public to avoid misconceptions about its accepted use.

I don't have all that much to say, do you even log in anymore?

Marius Guide to Forum Posting.

Maybe not official, maybe not perfect, but at least it's something. Check it out in the General Forum if you're interested.

Hey!! When did Simon get crowned? I know he's regarded (quite rightfully) as a major troll but King? Does he have special powers now?

Even if you aren't interested, read it...memorize it...it makes sense...it even makes common sense!! But, if you are evil, you don't really have to follow its guidelines.

but you should.

Marius' post on forum etiquette is written most excellently. I wish I could have stolen it, changed a few words and put my own name on it but I was afraid he'd send slavering denizens of the underworld after me. Then I'd say "WTM? Slavering demons again? Oh maaaaan, I can't afford the death taxes."

Thanks Bayn :)

Bayn, they only get angry because you never have crumpets and tea out for them when they arrive. Demons make terrible guests when they aren't happy with their host.

Other than that, I find them most civilised. Except for all the fire and brimstone and the maniacial laughter and whatnot.

Speaking of maniacial laughter.. <cue thunder and lightning>

Mwahahahahaha!
