When the special order contracts came out for smithing there was a hint that they might appear eventually for tailoring too. Will that ever happen?
The smith orders are popular enough that I think tailor orders would be cool too. (and there'd be more use for hides than just scroll-making)

Well, currently, this is depending on how a few other things work out, so for the time being, all I can really say is - we'll see...
