Queen Lissar received the news of Rachel Atei’s abduction while entertaining guests in the Palace Gardens. Her regal upbringing, years of training and her own natural grace allowed her to absorb the disturbing report without letting on that anything was amiss.
A short time later she was informed that Connor was en route to the castle, and she politely excused herself from the gathering of dignitaries and heads of state. She made her way to her throne room where Connor awaited.
