Should I be able to plant flax along the outside wall of my static? I stand right next to the wall (it's dirt there, like the surface of a path) and double-click the seed, and nothing happens. I'm pretty sure I have lockdowns left.

Oh yes this is very aggrivating, I wanted to place flax along one wall of my house outside and I get a message stating, You Cannot Plant Here. Can someone please help?

Ok, first a question, are you sure the location in question is in part of your houses footprint, easiest way to check is to stand at the spot you are trying to plant and do a "I wish to lock this down", if you get a cursor, I'm not sure what the problem is, if you get no cursor, maybe you can page to get the house area adjusted a bit, generally they extend a square around the outside perimitier of the home.

If it isn't letting you plant becuse its grass or rock or soemthing there, you might be able to make it work using vase/flowerpot.

No it wont even work inside of my house, I get no option to click myself or a flowerpot, I tried it first inside because I wanted to fill a few vases with pretty blue flowers. And that didnt work so I went outside and it didnt work there either.

I was able to lock down a banner in this area, and other items along the other side I tried, so it's definitely part of the house footprint.
