Alright, the shard says that it is rp optional... That doesn't say much to me so, are there many rpers? The description on Top 200 says non--pk, but are there communites of rp guilds with warring and/or allies?

There are some RP'rs around, its something you can do if you choose but nobody is forced to play along.

There really arn't any guilds (at least not in the traditional sence) or groups warring against each other.

The shard is basically designed as a PvE. It is supposed to be the players acting as a group against the evil of the day not fighting amongst themselves.
