NO Guilds?

is it right? searched a while here and cant find anything about that.
in game there is no guildstone. why the players dont join guilds, except the adventure guild?

If wod did have guilds then wod would have guild wars if not for the wars what is the purpose of being in a guild besides playing together and you can contact eachother in game a talk that way
