I hesitated at first to post something here as Ciara and I are but two people that have spoken briefly in my short life in WOD. But I do wish to send Ciara my prays on a speedy and full recovery and I believe that when she is able to read these posts soon, she will feel the love sent with all these good thoughts, prays and wishes.

I don't know much of what is happening with this at the moment, but I will have a say, even if it is really late here.

I was first notified of this when Vince sent me a text message. My dad and I were in the car, coming home, and I didn't believe Vince at first but then read over the text again and didn't know what to think. Soon I realised I was in shock, disbelief and was hoping she would be ok, especially after hearing she was in a critical condition. This is no good.

As upsetting as this is, and as painful this would be for poor Rod and Ciara's parents, we should all be looking at the bright side of this; she is recovering.

Well there isn't really anything to update you all on but I figured I'd post anyway.

One good piece of news. Her roomate is a nurse and was able to convince the head of the isolation ward to let her in to see Ciara for a few minutes yesterday.

Hopefully they'll allow her in periodically so Ciara can have a friendly familiar face.

From her descriptions the inside of the ward looks like something out of a sci-fi movie. With everyone walking around in "lightweight space suits". They are taking every precaution to protect her, and they're doing they're doing a great job.
Ciara of course still thinks they're all "meanies" and wants to come home. She's such a dollbaby :)

Anyway that's the best I can do by way of an update today. A day without setbacks is a good day in my book.

I have been away from the boards for awhile and was shocked to read about Ciara. Please know that Raven and Tobar add their love, prayers, and strength to her and her family. We will keep you all in our prayers.
With all this positive energy coming from The WoD and all the prayers keeping her name in God's face she will be back in the bank chatting with us all in no time.

Update.

Ciara had some complications yesterday with the anti-biotics she's on and is still running a high fever. Because of the Pneumonia and Sinus infection.

They changed her anti-biotics in an effort to remedy the situation.

On the positive side of things she's been spending a lot more time concious, I don't know medically how much that means, but I know it makes me feel a lot better.

Zareena and I both hope you get better soon and return to your normal life outside that darn hospital.

Tsa and I just returned home today from a short trip with the kids. We send our prayers and hopes for a speedy recovery. If you guys need anything and its in my power- Please ask!! Its yours!!

I have a little one that spends time on occasion in the hospital and i can vouch those beds were not built for comfort. I think they make them uncomfy so you want to go home

Rod, thanks for the updates , even if its just telling us she is okay or no progress has been made the updates mean alot to those of us waiting to hear any news.

Pls tell Ciara that the doctors are not all trolls and to not fight them.

But the mean things that are making her sick ARE trolls and to wack away at them until they are all gone and the dungeon is clear.
