I have a small dilemma. With me being a pc illiterate(but learning) I need this help.
The other day as I was playing with screen size/resolution I somehow moved the paper doll and backpacks to the side of the screen and then changed the screen size. Now the backpacks and paperdoll is offscreen and I cannot get them back onscreen. And since I cant get the paperdoll up, I cant change the screen size any longer. Is there an F command to bring up the options list to change screen size?

Pressing alt-o ingame should bring up the options menu.
