The rules for drunken horse racing are as follows:
*you must drink a full bottle of the alcohol of my choice (will be provided). failing to drink the full bottle will mean disqualification.
*You must complete a full lap of the designated choice without cutting corners or going off the track.
*If you fall off your horse you must immediatly stop, remount, and then continue.
*to compete in this event you must put atleast 1k towards the winners jackpot if not more.
The rules for the newbie PvP are as follows: (warriors)
*You are only allowed to wear a kilt and a shirt. No magical properties on the items. No armor, no rings or jewelry, and no magical buffs.
*You weapons may be exceptional, but again, no magical properties are allowed on the weapons, no poison on the weapons, and nothing else but an exceptional weapon will do.
*You are only allowed 5 Bandages, 5 greater heals, and 2 cures. No kindling, scrolls, or anything else that is not on the list.
*there will be a box for you to put an owned bag in for safe keeping while you fight. the fighting will be on a ladder basis so even if you loose you may fight again. Thus do not buff when you think the fight is over.
*You must put atleast 1k into the winners jackpot if not more to compete in this event.
(mages)
*mages follow the same ruleset as above but are only allowed 20 of each reg and 2 kindling. so choose your spells wisely.
Those of you that are tanks will have to choose one fighting style or the other. No newbie starts out with two fighting skills and is any good. Hence the Newbie PvP.
If enough people show up we may do group newbie PvP
The Scavenger hunt is as follows:
*A list of items or people will be given to each team or group. Under no circumstances can you get the items from your bank, buy them, or have someone on the sidelines to help you. Your group and yourself MUST go out and find all of these items or people on your own. failing to do so will be disqualification.
*something that was braught up in reindeer games was if you could trade items between groups. the answer is yes BUT keep in mind whatever your trading for is most likely the last item that they need.
*the first group to find everything on their list AND return in the group's entirety to the starting point wins
*you must donate atleast 1k to the winners jack pot if not more to compete in this event.
The lottery is as follows:
*Each person wishing to compete in the lottery will donate atleast 2k to the jackpot as well as a book or item that is owned INSIDE an UNOWNED bag.
*the donations will go into a seperate pile and the unmarked bags with the persons names in them will be put into a box. The winner of one of the events will come up and randomly choose a bag and then hand it to myself. I will look at the name inside the bag and hand it back to the winner to announce. That person takes the jackpot home.
*the winner will be announced over the feast.
The rules to the other games will be posted as soon as I work out some of the issues with them. The donations to the events or the lottery does not have to be gold either. you can donate magical items, raw materials, or anything else you have cluttering your bank that is useful to someone.
All donations will be given to myself one at a time so that they can be seperated accordingly into the different stacks. Once your donation is recieved your name will be written in the books as an entry to that event or lotto. Anyone not in the books will not compete in the games.
If you have ideas of more games that you would like to see post them here and I will get with you to work out the rules.
The feast is going to be provided by cathevine as a donation to the event. The menu she has prepared is a very nice one and all of the food is coming from her. So at the event be sure to tell her thank you.
I will not be here wednesday, thursday, or friday. I am taking my son to DisneyLand but will update more before I go or when I get back. Hope to see you all there.
