New sign posted near the docks in Buccaneer’s Den:

NOTICE TO ALL CITIZENS OF WOD

There will be an important anthropological experiment conducted in this area beginning Friday, August 29, and continuing for an indefinite period. Please avoid contact with the participants and disrupt activities in the area as little as possible. The participants in the experiment will be unarmed, but may be unbalanced and dangerous, especially to themselves. Your cooperation is appreciated.

could this be one of The Prophet's tricks to keep us out of the town so he can take it over? Or am I just too paranoid?

Very good point, Terus. The Prophet seems to thrive on smoke and mirrors ploys.

I think perhaps someone should be keeping a close eye on Buccs Den during that time. this little experiment seems fishy to me.

EDIT: sorry, still sleeping :D

I'm missing something...why keep an eye on Skara Brae?

This has nothing to do with the prophet, or any other quest. This was Homer's way of telling everyone that he is starting his second buc's den adventure on Friday. And asking everyone to please not interfere with his characters. If you want to read of his first bucs den adventure, go read in the player submissions of the history, "Adventures in Buc's Den".

Read 'em, loved 'em. Looking forward to the 2nd edition. but you can't be too careful...the Prophet could sneak in anywhere!
