If you get that error, there's no need to panic. It just means that the boards will be unavailable for a short time (it should be no more than an hour) until the usage counter resets.
As of the time that I'm writing this, I only know of one time that we've hit the limit (or even come close, actually), so its possible that it was a one-time quirk. Still, if it happens again, at least now you'll know what's going on
