Drocket,
I'm sorry to distract you from tinkering with LBR...
When I place a house as a GM,
then use the .house command to make a for sale sign,
(or a player has sold the house so it's for sale)
then if a player buys the house,
then they place a playermerchant,
then you cannot buy from the merchant.
They get the message about not selling due to union rules.

However, if a GM buys the house and transfers it to the player, the playervendor works fine.
Of if a GM buys the house and sets up a vendor, then it works ok.

This sort of thing used to work under 094.

Regards,
Stephen Donald

I tried to replicate it, but haven't been successful yet. It may be because of a bug I had for a while there where the lockdown area of a house wasn't quite set correctly when it was first bought or placed (but then worked correctly after a restart.) I fixed that one (kinda. More accurately, it just sort of went away :P ) So it may be fixed already. Or it may not... (and I'll be releasing new scripts soon.)

Hmm, I think I know why I was having the problem.
I wasn't deleting the old sign first before placing the forsale sign.

I didn't realise you weren't changing sign properties when you placed a for sale sign.

Sorry about that.
That caused me a minor headache this weekend.

Regards,
Stephen Donald.
