Is there a way to remove negative buffs? I mean, as far as I can remember dispel was always used to remove all buffs including positive and negative.

Not currently, there was talk some time back about changing some of the buff spells to anti-debuff spells, not sure if thats still in the works or not.

Don't we have Magic Lock and UnLock available as spell slots that aren't functional? Maybe use them for a 'Minor' and 'Major' un-de-buff spell? (Minor and major being like Heal and Greater Heal - more mana, magery, etc needed to use the 'Major' one).
