Leaving Britain headed east for the swamps we made it just out of town when we ran into a skeleton. Quickly dispatching it we continued the journey. Rounding the bend out sprang a treasure hunter scout, then another and another, 6 in all along with 2 treasure hunter executioiners. These poor excuses for brigands perished quickly to the deadly thrusts of our blades. On one of them we found a note.
"Find Senon in Britain. He has the map. Get it even if you have to buy it, but take it if you can! The Boss"
I spent the next several hours scouring the town for this Senon, with no success. Then I decided to call on Leia for help. Still no luck. Finally after a taxing search we called on Maddox to assist. He found Senon inside 5 minutes *snickers*. Maddox and I spoke to Senon at great length to no avail. *heh* we even tried to steal his loot but nothing. Finally my frustration showed and Senon fell to my blade. On his body we found a map. After decoding the map we set off to the swamps north of Trinsic. Battling our way through a small band of undead we located the treasures location amidst some abandoned ruins. As I lifted the lid of the chest a myriad of evil creatures burst into view. Mages, assassins, marksmen and Ophidian Executioners, almost 20 in all. In seconds I fell to the blast of many explosions. Maddox began to provoke them against eachother, Leia's great took the brunt of the attack and perished forever. Leia brought me back to the living and we set about destroying every last one. After the battle was over we returned to town to split our loot.
The only item in the chest and the best thing we found was a Druid Staff. A rugged druid staff of macefighting and power and lightening. Maddox and I decided to roll for it. First roll was a tie 8's each. Again we rolled, Maddox went first and rolled a 2, I rolled a 7. Yes!!!! the staff was mine. Standing there I decided that I would not have this staff if not for Maddox. The staff would be his, the look on his face was worth it all as I handed Maddox the staff. His company allowed us to complete the quest and without him I'd still be looking for Senon.
